Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
If your item isn’t quite right, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, please submit your request through our returns portal:
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back. Customers then have 14 days to return the item from the date the return is approved.
Returns sent without first requesting through the returns portal will not be accepted.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a signed for delivery and keeping hold of your receipt as we will not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
- Have all tags attached
- Be free from makeup, perfume, deodorant or other marks
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive your return for your refund to be processed and appear in your account. If by any chance this has been longer than this please reach out to make us aware of this.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you believe you have received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing darcie@flofitness.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted, as we are unable to verify when the damage occurred.
Fault claims must be made before the item has been worn or used beyond trying on.
If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange or store credit where appropriate.
Non-Refundable Items
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on:
- Sale/Outlet items
- Items part of a discounted bundle
- Gift cards
Store credit or exchanges may be offered where applicable.
